Competitor Series refrigerated chef base. High polished stainless steel exterior and interior with recessed drawer handles. Features a 9.4 cu ft capacity and is designed to enhance cooking efficiencies. Engineered with a robust forced air refrigeration system for cold, uniform temperatures and incorporates a digital controller with temperature read-out. The refrigerated drawer section allows for up to fifteen 1/6 size pans of storage space, while the top is designed to hold up to 717 lbs of counter top cooking equipment.
